Ingredients

Brownie mixture

200 grams butter

200 grams cooking chocolate (milk or dark cooking chocolate)

1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup plain flour

3 Tablespoons drinking chocolate (2 Tablespoons cocoa can be used instead)

Cookie dough

125 grams butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups self raising flour

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1Make brownie mixture first. Melt butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat stirring the whole time, put to one side to cool a little. You can also do that in your sc with lid off. In bowl beat the eggs, vanilla and drinking chocolate together. Fold in flour and then stir in your chocolate mixture. Place in fridge while you make the cookies.

2Cookies. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat. Fold in flour then chocolate chips. Line your sc with baking paper. Take a small amount of cookie dough and roll into a thin sausage. Place on your baking paper making donuts out of your cookie dough. Place enough brownie mixture into the middle to just fill hole. Cook on high for one hour with tea towel under lid.
