Loaded breakfast cob with crispy finish 🙂

Ingredients
- 1 cob/tiger loaf, top off and hollowed out
- Streaky Bacon
- Crumbled Fetta
- Mini tomatoes
- mushrooms
- 2 eggs beaten with salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese
Instructions
- Hollow out cob, line with streaky bacon, then crumbled Fetta and added mini tomatoes, mushrooms and then pour over 2 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with grated cheese and the bread lid.
- Cook on low for 4 hours with tea towel under lid.

I have tried a couple of cob loafs now and my mixture of bacon onion diced tomatoes mushroom eggs beaten eggs and a mix of cheddar and mozz cheese
