EmailTweet 5 Full-screen Brekky Casserole Breakfast, Eggs December 21, 2014 Brekky Casserole 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 5 hrs 10 mins 5 hrs 5 hrs 10 mins Yields: 4-10 depending on slow cooker size Ingredients10 Frozen hash browns 1/2 kg Bacon rashes 1 Onion 12 eggs 1 cup milk 1 1/2 cup grated cheese Salt Pepper (These measurements are for a large slow cooker, adjust amount for smaller slow cooker) Directions1Place frozen hash browns on bottom of slow cooker. 2Put bacon rashes on top of hash browns. 3Dice onion and place it over the bacon. 4Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together then pour over the top of onion, bacon and hash browns. 5Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and cook in low for 5 hours.
