Blackberry pulled pork

Ingredients
- 1.6kgs boneless pork shoulder
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1/4 blackberry jam
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp corn flour
Instructions
- Throw it all all in the slow cooker on low.
- 8 hours later pork is ready to shred by pulling apart with two forks.

How much garlic? And just one whole onion?
I would use a whole onion and garlic to your tastes eg 1-2 cloves
