Chicken dish inspired by the flavours of the all mighty big mac!
3 hrs 15 mins
500g chicken breast diced
1/4 cup water
1 large onion sliced
1 cup mayo
2tbs french dressing
1tbs thousand island
2 tsp vinegar
2tbs sweet mustard pickles
Squirt tomato sauce
Sliced dill pickle
2Combine all ingredients except dill pickle.
3Cook low for 3 hrs.
4Stir through sliced pickle before serving
5Served with pasta, but would be great with lettuce for burgers or wraps or with rice too!

Made this for the first time and made a double batch. Had chicken thighs (didn’t brown but cooked for longer) I found it to need thickening or use the tea towel trick. Had one night with mash and veg then second night with chips. Reheated well. Will be making again.

My one year old son that eats anything seemed to like it and I didn’t mind it. My hubby and three year old on the hand hated it. 🙁
