Ingredients

9 sandwich steak pieces

Spinach leaves

Tasty or brie cheese

Tin of tomatoes

Worcestershire sauce

Teaspoon of crushed garlic

Tablespoon of tomato paste

Half a chopped onion

Salt and pepper

Directions

1Mix tin of tomatoes with garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and chopped onion and put into slow cooker.

2Lay each steak flat and put some spinach and cheese on top.

3Roll up and tie with kitchen string or secure with toothpicks.

4Place roll ups on top of sauce, season to taste and place a tea towel under the lid.

5Cook for 4-6hrs on low

6Serve with veggies and mash potato.

The picture looks like chicken? I’m guessing that would work too 😊 Is Sandwich steak the same as minute steak?
