1Dice the steak and toss in the cornflour until coated.
2Brown the coated steak in the sesame oil in a frypan - in batches if need be
3Add beefto the slow-cooker.
4Combine and addother ingredients except the spring onion.
5Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6hrs.
6Add spring onion a few minutes before serving.
7Serve with rice
