800g diced beef
1 leek - sliced
3 med carrot - cut in bite size chunks
1 can cream of asparagus soup
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs Italian mixed herbs
1 tbs powdered stock
2Add sliced leek and stir - let saut for a minute
3Add carrots stir - let saut for a minute
4Add remaining ingredients and stir
5Cook on low for 8 hours

Made this for dinner tonight it was very yummy,will be making it again for sure.I was a bit worried about the asparagus soup as I don’t like asparagus but couldn’t taste it at all.Thank you for the recipe.
