EmailTweet 13 Full-screen Beef, bacon and cheese pies Beef, Lunchbox December 14, 2014 Beef, bacon and cheese pies 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 6 hrs 10 mins 6 hrs 6 hrs 10 mins Yields: 4-6 IngredientsPuff pastry Rich beef casserole slow Cooker recipe base Beef (how ever much you need - I used 400g) 1 onion 3 rashers of bacon 6 small mushrooms 1 beef oxo cube 1 table spoon of worshire sauce Cheese Salt & pepper to taste Directions1Place 1 onion, beef, recipe base, oxo cube, bacon, mushroom, worshire sauce and salt & pepper and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours 2Thicken juice if necessary with corn flour in a separate cup then re add back into slow cooker 3Cut puff pastry to size and place in pie cooker or pie dish 4Place slow cooker filling into pie and place grated cheese on top of the filling 5Place the lids on the pies and cook until golden and crispy 6Serve with tomato sauce or sauce of your liking and ENJOY Submitted by kate elizabeth close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel reply Your comment/review...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
