1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 small onion fine sliced
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 shallots chopped
1Place chicken and onion in slow cooker bowl.
2Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken
3Cook on LOW for 6hrs approx
4Add sliced shallots for last 1-2hrs

OMG, this was so yum and so easy. And finally, everyone in the family agreed that they liked it. Will definitely be making this again. The flavours weren’t too strong and the meat just fell apart. Even the daughter who hates thigh fillets, enjoyed the meal.
For those in the same boat as me, I didn’t have sweet soy sauce, so I used salt reduced soy sauce and two teaspoons of sugar, and it still tasted delish.
