August 22, 2014
2kg Pork Baby Back Ribs
1 can Coca-Cola
Salt and Pepper
1/2 bottle Barbecue Sauce
1Salt and pepper ribs on both sides.
2Wrap ribs around outside walls of inside your crock pot bowl.
3Pour Coke over ribs and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
4Cover a oven safe pan with aluminum foil.
5The meat will be falling off the bones, so carefully transfer the ribs to the foil lined pan (meaty side up).
6Cover ribs with barbecue sauce and place under broiler until sauce starts to sizzle and caramelize.
7Remove from oven and serve.

As in stand them up and kind of curve them around the edges of the bowl so they fit in around the bowl 🙂

I didn’t have ribs, but pork chops, & the meat fell off, it was super tasty & with few ingredients it will become a regular meal in my home with 3 young boys whom licked their plates clean 🙌🏼😂

Love this recipe. A hit with the whole family (fussy kids included). I had to use a different cut of the ribs, a less meaty one, but it still worked well. Can’t wait to do it again.
