6 hrs 30 mins
1 kg Lamb Chops
1 kg Lamb Grillers, trim fat off
4 cloves Garlic
4 Big Potatoes cut in 8
3 Big Carrots
3 Celery sticks. If you don't like celery, you are welcome to opt out.
2 Stock cubes in 1/2 cup of warm water.
2 Tblsp curry or to taste
1 Cup Peas
1Combine all the ingredients in the Slow Cooker.
2Cook for 6hrs on low
3One hour before serving, take potatoes out.
4Add peas and thicken with cornflour.
5Return potatoes after half hour to warm them up.

I believe it’s probably powder – or to taste meaning to reduce it if you don’t like it too spicy
Is it curry powder or a paste ?

Looks delicious looking forward to trying but could I please ask the question why do the potatoes have to be taken out an hour before ready then put back in …….just curious as to what the reason is ……thank you
