Side dish with sprouts with a different taste

Ingredients

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bunch chives, thinly sliced

⅓ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Clean the spruts

2Add all the ingredients and mix well.

3Cook on high for 2 hours, 30 minutes. (or until the sprouts are as soft as you like them)
