BALSAMIC SPROUTS

Side dish with sprouts with a different taste

Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch chives, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the spruts
  • Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, 30 minutes. (or until the sprouts are as soft as you like them)
