Ingredients
 

  • 1- 1.5kg boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place pork tenderloin into slow cooker.
  • Combineall remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over pork and cook for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
  • Once cooked, remove and break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.
