1Trim fat from pork and remove net
2In a bowl whisk honey, jam, hoisin, chicken broth, garlic and onion and pour over pork,
3Cook on low 7-8 hours.
4Remove and shred pork,
5In a saucepan add sauce, thicken with cornflour and pour some over pork.
