1Wash sweet potatoes under fresh water or scrub with vegetable brush to remove any dirt.
2Place whole sweet potatoes directly into slow cooker bowl.
3No liquids required, no piercing of the potatoes required ... literally just straight into the bowl as is.
4Cover and cook on low for 4hrs depending on your cooker (I did these in my 3L which isn't overly hot so yours may take less time)
5I used 2 very large ones but you could use 4 smaller ones instead or whatever fits into your slow cooker.
6When finished you can scoop out the flesh easily with a fork for stuffed sweet potato or slice and eat as you wish 🙂
