2Berry donuts. Use fresh or frozen berries. Pour small layer of batter. Place a few berries around tin, I used blueberries, strawberries and raspberries . Fill to ¾ with more batter. Cook as above. Once cooled ice and decorate as you wish.
3Chocolate donuts. Place drinking chocolate or cocoa when adding flour around 2 tablespoons. Or if only wanting a few of this variation, place some of batter in a separate bowl and add drinking chocolate or cocoa and combine. A ratio of around ½ teaspoon of chocolate powder to one donut. Once cooled decorate with melted chocolate. Cooked in Breville Flavour Maker 7L.
