Baked Custard & Apple Pudding

1Pour enough cold water in SC's to it is half way up Ramekins.
2Spray each Ramekin with oil,then place apple on base of Ramekins & sprinkle with cinnamon.
3Then place all ingredients for custard in a bowl & just hand whisk together,pour over apples.
4Than in another bowl add the ingredients for the cake batter with an electric mixer,then spoon a large tbsp amount in each ramekin.
5Place Ramekins gently in S C's , place tea towel under lid & cook on high for 1 12 hrs (approx)
6Sprinkle with nutmeg when cooked.
7I used 6 Little ramekins & 1 big dish.
8They upturn on to plates quite easily & can serve with cream or ice cream.
9They are extremely Addictive 🙂 🙂 🙂
