  1. Made this today but didnt put baileys in and only used 2 packets of white chocolate 200g has set beautiful and taste fantastic

  2. Its delicious but super soft and had to cut as it kinds of slimes on everything, how can i get it to have a harder consistency ?

  3. I’ve made this a few times. I find that it takes a full 48 hours in a very cold fridge to solidify to the right texture – it’s then easy to cut and the taste improves too. If you can avoid the temptation for 2 days, it will be prefect fudge after that.
