Baileys and Maltesers fudge

1Place all ingredients into the sc except maltesers and Baileys.
2Stir every 15 minutes, on low, when thick and the mixture comes away from the spoon turn off the slow cooker add Baileys.
3Pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
4Place Maltesers over the top.
5Place in the fridge overnight to set.
