Ingredients

1/2 large Tin of Tuna in springwater

1/2 cup Jasmine Rice

1/4onion chopped finely

1 clove garlic chopped finely

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup frozen spinach

Juice of 1/4 lemon

1 cups water

Directions

1Cook on high for1.5 - 2 hours this will depend on size of sc. I did this in my 1.5 litre and it tends to cook a lot faster. Add handful of cheese at the end and stir through. This is quite thick when pureed so more liquid (yoghurt, formula, milk) might need to be added depending on bubs age.

2I doubled this, took half out, pureed and froze in portions for bub and stirred through cream and black pepper in the other half for my teenagers.
