I used this as apple pie filling and apple crumble but you could use it for anything or just eat them!
They are yummy on there own with some ice cream
9 hrs 5 mins
12 cups diced apples ( about 17 small apples)
2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons golden syrup
3 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons nutmeg
1- Put the diced apples in the slow cook
2- In a jug mix the golden syrup, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon into the boiling water and once dissolved add to the apples in the slow cooker
3- Mix the cornflour and cold water well and add to the slow cooker
4- Stir it all together
5- Lid on and cook on low until tender (Its About 8-9 hours or high for 4 )

you mention 1/4 cold water in the recipe. Should that be 1/4 cup cold water?
