Apple Cinnamon Pork – Dairy, Gluten, Lactose, Soy free

Ingredients
 

  • 1 boneless pork leg
  • 4 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Cut slits into pork, place one or two pieces of apple in each slice.
  • Place half remaining apple in bottom of slow cooker bowl, sit pork on top.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork, drizzle with honey.
  • Top with remaining apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Cook on low for 6-7hrs (Crockpot 3.5L)
