Prep: 15 mins Cook: 8 hrs 15 mins 8 hrs 8 hrs 15 mins Yields: 6-8 servings Ingredients1kg Pork&Veal mixed mince 250g bacon pieces 6 small washed potatoes into 1/4 Half a Cabbage, shredded 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables 2 tablespoons black sauce (Worcestershire) 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon onion powder 2-3 tablespoons curry powder 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 3/4, 1LTR beef stock carton Directions1Place everything into SC With the cabbage ontop, cover with beef stock. 2Leave frozen mixed vegetables out for now. 3Cook on Low heat for 8hrs or high for 3-4 hours, or untill potatoes are almost cooked. 4Add the frozen mixed vegetables in the last 45mins of cooking. 5Serve with crusty bread. 6This can be made using any type of miced meat. 7As most meals go this is wonderful the next day after leaving it in the fridge, perfect to have on/with toast for a hearty breakfast feast! 8 9 Submitted by Kay-lenne Christie close full screen 00:00 1 Review Jim August 8, 2016 I just want too know if I should stir it half was through cooking many thanks Cancel reply Your comment/review...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
