A no cream, no milk quick and easy potato bake
5 hrs 10 mins
500g Potatoes, sliced about 0.5cm thick
400g Mozzarella, sliced
450g Ham, sliced
1 cup extra Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tspns Thyme
1In slow cooker bowl alternate layers of potatoes, sliced mozzarella and ham. Finish with a layer of potatoes.
2Cook for 4hrs on low (Contempo 5.5L sc).
3Mix thyme leaves through grated mozzarella and sprinkle over the top of potatoes.
4Cover with tea towel and cook for a further hour.
1Mozzarella can be replaced with Lactose free cheese

Could any cheese be used? Not a fan of mozzarella, but really want to try a potato bake!
