Made this last night (drumsticks) and Oh Em Gee it was GOOD!!!! We served over chips, with all that yummy sauce on them as well, along with a side of green beans.
We will definitely be having this again!

Made this during the week, as a side, along with mashed potato, to accompany Fresh Chicken and Veg rissoles. I only added some salt and white pepper - it was perfect!!
Made this yesterday, for my next week's worth of lunches for myself (my males are horrified at the thought of having a meat-free meal - haha)
I roasted the pumpkin and sweet potato first.
I made this yesterday. Changed the soup to cream of mushroom because I wanted to use up a punnet of mushrooms and thought that would compliment it. Also added cauliflower with the broccoli.
It was a tasty dish, and my almost-adult son reckons it needs to be a regular on the menu!
p.s. he's already called dibs on the leftovers for his lunch today 😉
