I had pork spare ribs out for dinner and decided to try this recipe using them sliced up . It was really yummy served with rice pilaf. After browning the pork first, I found it only took 2-3 hours to cook . Will be trying it with chicken next time 🙂

This is our favourite! I always scoop off the oil and thicken with cornflour at the end . In the last two hours I chop up bacon and add it and it makes it even better! Sometimes I'll add mushrooms too. It's so saucy so I can easily cook 8 chops without doubling the sauce . The best thing about this recipe is I take the bones out and put the leftovers in the fridge . The next day I make Jaffles with it and they're the best thing I've ever tasted! Everyone drools over them.

This was delicious. I used 4 breasts diced up that weighed 1.3kg and the meat to sauce ratio was perfect . It cooked very quickly though 3hrs on low If I remember right.
