Followed this recipe to a tee minus the chives. It was delicious! However, like other comments, it wouldnt thicken up. I added 3 TBSP cornsflour and let it cook for half an hour but it only thickened very slightly. Still yummy despite this.
I didnt add lemon rind but followed everything else. Cooked for 8hrs on low instead of 2-3hrs on high.
Turned out so juicy and the chicken fell apart.
