My 7 and 4yo both loved this and want me to make it again. I used ginger powder as we didn't have any fresh, and I omitted the salt and red curry paste. Also only used 1 tspn of garam masala cos we ran out >.<
This recipe is flexible in that I had it on high for about 1.75 hours (went out and did the shopping), then had it on low for 2 hours. I could have done without the cornflour at all but added it in cos it was the first time i'd made it, and we also added a bit of water as it was quite thick. Probably cos of the cornflour!! We also added a whole red capsicum in the last 20 mins.
Overall, very easy and kid friendly meal. Will definitely make it again 😀
