I was very low of diner stuff and thought I would try this, however I didn't have all the ingredients ( honestly I apart from the pork and brown sugar I didn't really have any of the others) so instead of crushed garlic I used garlic oil, instead of minced chilli I used sweet chillie sauce, instead of miced ginger I used giner powder, Instead of oyster sauce I used hoisin sauce. I used normal Soy sauce and used seame seeds instead of oil. As you can see really didn't have the ingredents but Thats what I love about this site. I had things that where close enough and the end result was Delishes My four kids LOVED it and wanted seconds so Thank you, I might not have followed the recipe but it gave me the idea and guideance to turn pork mince and random pantry essentials into a delish chinese inpired meal for five 😀
