How much smoked paprika did you add please? A teaspoon?
I made this using a smokey hickory bbq sauce and it was delicious! I cooked it on low for around 9hrs and it flaked beautifully.
Super tasty! I wrapped mine in two layers of baking paper and turned once half way through cooking. I cooked it for 4hrs on high but would probably try 3.5hr next time. I made my own onion salt using plain salt and onion powder (2:1) and it tasted great!
