Delicious! Tastes just like cake batter ice cream from Cold Rock (I used a Homebrand vanilla cake mix)
Really easy to make.
I added 250g mushrooms, and substituted coconut milk for the coconut cream because it’s what I had in the cupboard.
Turned out perfectly! Really delicious, my partner loved it too.
Got six portions out of it, so it’s good for the budget.
This turned out perfectly for me! Three beautiful layers; a fluffy, bubbly top, baked custard middle, and a dense, chewy, delicious base.
My mum has since made it with Aldi’s gluten free flour and it worked perfectly for her as well.
