cooked this tonight and unfortunately after an hour I needed to up the heat to high...still runny in centre after 2 hours so finished off for 15 minutes in the oven. Not too sure where I went wrong. I didn't put any meat in only veges. Tastes good tho!
Yum! Cooked this for dinner the other night, paired with the slow cooked fried rice. It was lovely and the meat tender. It needed a wee bit longer cooking time that the recipe stated and I thought the sauce would have been a bit 'runnier'. I think next time I'll use a bigger can of pineapple, maybe that was the issue. Otherwise 8/10! thanks for sharing!
I've made this a few times now and it never fails to be a hit in our house and now other family members. I find that 2 hours is also too long so it's usually ready in 1 hr 20 mins. I don't add the chicken either. Thanks for sharing!
