My husband loved this tuna pasta bake and rated it 5 stars!
I made few small changes, added frozen peas for extra veg and used a 500 gram packet of pasta so also added extra milk and butter. Glad that I did use extra pasta so that we have left overs.
I felt it needed a bit of extra flavor so added some chicken salt as well.
Made this tonight for dinner, my husband and 18 month old loved it.
I did make a few changes to the recipe:
-added capsicum which I fried with the onion and mince
-only used one can of diced tomato
-added about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
-added a beef stock cube
Served with corn chips, cheese, avocado and sour cream.
Will defiantly be making this again!
I was so excited to try this slow cooker scalloped potato recipe! I used my food processor to finely skice the potatoes and I diced the onions which I fried with the bacon. I also added some cream because I had it in the fridge and added extra potatoes so we would hand leftovers.
I must say it looked amazing and we were really happy with the texture/consistency. However the French onion soup flavor was too overpowering for us. I would make this again but with a clove of garlic instead of French onion soup.

This is something that I wouldn't usually make during the week but I was really happy with how it came out. I will make a few changes next time:
- Needed more of the passata sauce (I would use a big jar next time)
-500 gram ricotta so that I could have filled all the cannelloni shells and had enough for left overs
Also my slow cooker is really hot so it only needed 3ish hours on low
