Soooooooo delicious! I used 900gm blade steak & doubled the sauce recipe.
I added sliced yellow zucchini & baby broccoli for the last hour & stirred in 2 packs of hokkien noodles at the end.
Enough left over for dinner tonight as well.
We loved this! I didn’t have the chillies, but I’m not sure my boys would like it anyway. Once cooked I sliced it up & added it back to the gravy.
Instead of the jus mix I used 2 tablespoons of Maggi rich beef gravy.
A favorite here! I also add diced bacon & some smashed garlic & herbs.

This was a hit. I added garlic & sliced shallots to mine. Super cheap to make & very filling. We got 2 meals worth for 4 people out of it.
My boys went nuts for these! I made ours with salami, black olives & pineapple.
My 3 boys love these in their lunch boxes. They freeze well too.
So quick & easy & very tasty.
I don’t bother washing my chicken & I add some seasoned oil too.
